1. Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts must be written in English.
Word Limit: 250โ300 words (excluding title and author details).
Structure: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Keywords.
Submit electronically through the official GMRSE 2026 website or by email to the conference secretariat.
Each registered participant may present one oral or poster presentation (additional abstracts allowed with an extra fee).
Accepted abstracts will be published in the official Conference Proceedings / Abstract Book.
2. Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations
Duration: 15 minutes total (12 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A).
Format: PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF.
Slides should be clear, concise, and visually readable.
Presenters must upload their final slides at least 2 hours before the session begins.
Poster Presentations
Poster Size: A0 (841 ร 1189 mm), Portrait orientation.
Content: Title, Authors, Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
Text should be legible from a distance of at least 1.5 meters.
Posters must be displayed in the designated exhibition area during the scheduled poster sessions.
3. Registration Guidelines
All participants, including speakers and presenters, must register in advance.
Early Bird Registration is available until March 31, 2026.
Registration fees include:
Access to all scientific sessions
Conference materials and program
Entry to exhibition and networking events
Refreshments during breaks
Only registered participants will receive a Certificate of Participation/Presentation.
4. Sponsorship & Exhibitor Guidelines
Exhibitors must set up booths one day prior to the event opening.
Booth designs must comply with venue safety and electrical regulations.
Sponsors will receive benefits according to their selected package (Platinum, Diamond, Gold, or Exhibitor).
Exhibitors are required to staff their booths during all exhibition hours.
5. General Participation Guidelines
The official language of the conference is English.
Certificates of Participation will be provided to all registered attendees.
Participants must wear conference badges at all times for identification.
Photography or recording of sessions is not permitted without prior authorization.
Attendees are expected to maintain professional and academic decorum throughout the conference.
Please respect session timings to ensure smooth program flow.
